Just watching EI-DVM doing some strange flying. Seemed to have taken off from 10, stayed at about 2000, then gear down turned left and now a couple of minutes later it looks like its on approach for 28.

    Anyone know whats going on?

    Just seen this. Probable answer.

It took off from 28, flew a right-hand circuit and then a run down runway 29 followed by a reciprocal run down 11, after which it recovered onto runway 28. It used callsign "Shamrock 1936".

Does this plane fly any particular routes quite a lot?

Flying Dublin-Heathrow next month and would love to be on it

It doesn't fly any particular route. No more so than any other Aer Lingus aircraft. They rotate all the time. It was based in Cork up until last week and for its couple of weeks down here it did pretty much all the routes out of Cork. Its last flight out of Cork was to Amsterdam which I caught on video here.
