For €40/month you can get 400 mins, 400 texts and 2GB and the phone would cost €100.

This is what I got offered in Meteor in Navan

You sure it wasnt 45? I'm pretty sure that deal is 45... Also, it comes with an 18month contract (like the 30 quid one), but you are only guaranteed meteor free calls and texts for the first 12 months!

my 12 month contract is up soon, was on the 35e a month plan with 200mins/texts, 1gb data and free meteor calls and texts

if i upgrade the phone will i then lose the free meteor calls and texts as the 12 months will be up, is there anything that can be done to retain it?

I emailed them my documents last Thursday and the phone got delivered today. Maybe give them a call to see if they received the forms?

There is a temp number used in the porting process , that temp number is most likley a recycled numberat one stage was an active number on meteor.

you should be able to log into your own account using your ported number and pin number that came in the pack after 24-48hrs of being on the network, if that doesnt work call customers support and asking to talk to tech support they will be able to sort the problem from there.

I'm being charged for my meteor calls and texts that are meant to be free. I read over on the meteor website that this happens a lot but tbh I thought they would have sorted the problem by now. Looks like I'll have to ring customer service to get it sorted. I hate when this kind of crap happens. Anyone else have this problem?

I'm having the same problem. I called customer service as soon as I noticed but they claimed that I wasn't being charged. Somehow I've used up my 200 texts in about a week even though I barely text anyone outside the meteor network. I'm going to wait until I get my hands on the first bill to see the break down.
