    Decent-sized room with double bed and sink for rent in a friendly professional postgrad house just two minutes' walk from NUIG (also very near Newcastle post office and five minutes' walk to Dunnes, etc).The house is detached and very well maintained with a lovely back garden and two bathrooms. It is also in a quiet and safe neighbourhood.
