Wife would like to find nice hiking spots in the county, such as nature walks, woods etc....any good spots come to mind?

In East Cork there are woodlands for walking in Rostellan,on the Midleton to Lisgould road,at Castlemartyr. There are cliff walks in Ballycotton,Inch strand(near Aghada) and Ardmore (outside Youghal).
    Beaches at Garryvoe,Ballinamona,and Youghal.
Hillwalking outside Mitchelstown on the Galtees (ok its north Cork)
Fota gardens in Carrigtwohill popular with the ladies.
