A Hypothetical Question

You walk in the door one night after a social occasion, tired but not too tired, and you open the door to your bedroom. Your partner lays naked, outstretched on the bed, with a member of the opposite (or same) sex and is engaging in sexual activity until they notice you. It is clear, at that moment, that they have had sex with someone else.

Now, think about this for a moment, what do you think you would actually do in that situation? Do you think, depending on your age and the status of the relationship, you would walk out saying nothing and simply send for your things without another word - would you eventually forgive the person because of your previous faults or just because you have a soft (or maybe stupid) touch - or would you beat the living crap out of that person and perhaps not realise how badly you'd hurt them until you face charges yourself?

Now, before anyone asks, this has nothing to do with me and this is not a relationship matter. It's a hypothetical question posed because I simply want to see what your honest, off the cuff, answer would be to this situation?:)
