    Hey,
Is it possible to avoid penalty points by saying a foreign driver was driving your car. You could say that they were a mate and were only driving your car through the TP extension through their own insurance. And say that they have left the country. Before anyone goes mad......deep breaths now......just wondering as it's a pain in the ass when you are getting caught by camera for 60km in a 50km. I'm sure others must have thought of it and it's prob a non-runner..but...weren't people on british licences getting away with it for years.
