I am moving to the UK at the end of the summer. Can anyone advise if they know if you can hire a van in Ireland and drop it off in the UK.
Also the best way to sell items I no longer need i.e buy and sell or car boot sale.
Anyone know the cheapest route via ferry.

Thanks in advance for any info I am a bit frazzled with all the googling so hopefully someone can give me a bit of help.

I had fierce difficulty trying to find a crowd that let you drop off in the UK, would it not be cheaper to rent in the UK and drive back to Ireland and pick up your stuff?

Thanks Razorblunt. I had a good thinkabout it and I am gonna just drive over with my car and wait until Im settled in before I hire a van and come back for the remaining items. No doubt my house wont have sold so I wont be under too much pressure:)
