Send, read and recieve txts on laptop via iphone??

    Hi,

    I was wondering if there is software or anything available that would let me view and text my messages from my laptop while my Iphone is plugged into it.

    So if my Iphone was linked to my laptop via the usb cable could I see the txt msg interface on my screen and use my laptop to send and recieve these texts via my Iphone?

    On the Mac there's a program called Bluephone Elite which does exactly this. There isn't a windows version but I'm sure a search on Google might come up with something.

    Bluetooth is the way to go rather than USB, more convenient and the phone can be in your pocket out of harms way.

    Was thinking USB as it would keep the phone charged while connected as bluetooth can swallow battery!!
