The one with the stars around the IRL logo or the one with the circle? My mam's license has stars, issued 2002 but mine has the circle. But it seems the circle was there before the stars if you know what i mean?

That makes no sense to me at all then... mine was issued Dec 2008, but it's got the circle?

The one with Prawo Jazdy written on it is the newer one.

It includes the Countries that joined later on e.g. Poland, 1st May 2004.

Isn't he in prison now after finally being caught for those 2,500 unpaid speeding tickets?

I see he now has a number of driving schools around the place as well. Some man for one man.
