    Some barbers give you a free bottle of beer while you wait. Assuming you are over 18 and do not leave the premises with the bottle is this legal? What if any license is required?

    You only need the licence to sell the stuff. Giving it away is ok seemingly.

    No but i'm waiting for the barber who charges 70e for a haircut and the customer comes out pissed. It will happen.
