in need of quick camera repair in dublin...long story...!

first off hi all, been a long time browser of this site but never gotten round to registering til now..anyways heres my story..

ive been travelling around central and south america since early this year, while in panama city i bought a new sony camera, model number: DSC - TX10/s.. underwater jobbie and shock proof etc, loving the camera, has great features and have taken some amazing shots in my recent travels, im currently in cuba and while about to jump down a waterfall and video it earlier i noticed a small piece of plastic fall from under the flap where you plug in the charger (which is on a small catch, and spring loaded) upon closer inspection i can see a tiny weak point in the plastic where it gave up, rendering the camera fairly useless as the catch is now constantly open and it is defo not waterproof now! ive inspected it and the entire flap is one piece, and is screwed to the catch mechanism with one screw, so, in theory, it is an easy repair once the part is available.

anyway, im returning from havana back to dublin at the start of june, arriving back in on sun 5th @ 6pm, however, im flying to bangkok on tuesday 7th june for 8 weeks so in an ideal world i need the camera repaired between the sunday evening and tuesday morning, just to make things more interesting its a bank holiday that monday aswel as far as i know.

does anyone know any recommended shops or people i could contact, explain the situation and hopefully get my little problem sorted? im sick at the thoughts of not being able to use it underwater as i plan to do some skuba diving over in south east asia, and that was the main reason i went for this type of camera instead of biting the bullet and getting an SLR! (Panama city is the place to go if your on the continent and looking for a new camera!)

anyways any help much appreciated and im more than willing to reward anyone that can sort, or help sort, this problem for me. hopefully ive explained the specifics of the problem fairly well, ill make it my business to get online as often as possible to check for possible updates or suggestions.

    cheers,
    andy

did a quick online search and came up with these sites

    http://www.camerarepaircentre.com/

    also

    https://cameraexchange.ie/shop/repairs.php?osCsid=34fe2fe8702139aecdc6b786dbd87a5b

could you put a big blob of blutack over the hole to keep it waterproof in the time being maybe??

sorry im not in dublin, so maybe someone else would know more!

Post a picture of the damage if you can, it will give a much better idea of what needs to be done, to get a repair done that quick it would need to be preordered and even within that timespan of now to then Im not sure it would be possible to get a part in time and even an ASF isn't going to have it done that quick (if there is a sony one in ireland).
I would say google some camera repair shops in Bangkok if you want to go down the repair in a shop route but if you ring sony and explain what you need they will probably sell you the part as it is cosmetic (I know it is functional but meaning not electronic). Have a look on their site and ring up or email and include as much detail as possible, if you email then include a picture to show them exactly what you need.

I would love to help but unfortunately it's not really possible in that time frame to get parts.
