Im wiring a mates new kitchen extension and he wants to fit a motorised 3 x 2.5 foot velux.Firstly would a 2.5 twin +e on a 16a rcbo be suffice ? Also where is the spur connection (top, middle, bottom, left, right)?
Any help would be appreciated as I havent seen spec and the ceilings almost about to be slabbed.

    fitted these recently
    came complete(no fitting motors etc)
had 2 metre lead with plug top fitted

probably best to wire switched fused spur to somewhere on the wall and put junction box in ceiling somewhere accessible if possible

    says 1.5 is suitable

yeah but wont look great imho
see if you can get the lead to reach a downlight and put a junction box there
