Truly horrific ads. Obviously i've no problem with the whole idea of random acts of kindness but this is just a company co-opting the concept to shift more of their product, so it's really quite cynical.
The other absolutely absolutely cynical thing about the ad is the fact that the ads in the office and on the Luas are clearly staged but they're trying to pass it off as authentic fly on the wall footage.

I think these ads deserve a thread of their own outside of the Adverts you despise thread, such are their horrific qualities.

I particularly hate the Luas one. It's obviously the Green Line. I take the Red Line every day and anyone getting on at certain stops dressed in a straw boater is just asking for trouble. A random act of violence!

Why does the guy pretend to sing with the barbershop quartet?

I disapprove of those ads, what if the person you give an ice pop to is a diabetic? or allergic to ice? You'd surely upset them

I was an extra in those HB ads!! And I agree they're sh1te. Was there for 10 hours in one day going up and down on that Luas listening to those Barbershop singers over and over..

I'm not the only one so, these ads are pure gick, the concept is completely cynical, HB can go a suck a lemon as far as i'm concerned. Also that cretin off The Den... christ have mercy, where's me pills.
