Play-Asia.com - Which shipping method should I use?

Hi all. I've never bought from Play-Asia.com but I've heard good things about them. The thing is now, I want to order an X360 game and I've started the checkout process but the thing is, I don't know which shipping method to use. The last few options I know I won't use (too expensive) but at the same time, since the items are shipped from Asia somewhere (or have I got that wrong?), I'm aware that there is a higher chance of complications because of the distance so I'm considering going for the more expensive options (FedEx, UPS, EMS Speedpost) because they include insurance but the cost is still a lot. So my question is basically this, would getting an Economy Air Bubble / Air Box be safe enough to use (without registered post, although I'm not sure what benefit it would do) or would I be better off getting one of the more expensive options for more peace of mind?

    Whatever is cheapest.
Have never ordered from play-asia, but have ordered games from US and they came in bubble wrap envelopes.

Pardon my ignorance, but are 360 games region free?

Ok, thanks. Not all 360 games are free but some are, yes. In my case, Gears of War triple pack is region free.
