cant think of a reason shouldnt be low on funds and got paid today anyway. i had to get a new card recently but i topped up paddy power account yesterday no problems..any1 no what could be wrong

Does the site say it accepts laser? (you mentioned in another thread that you're using laser, i'm assuming that's the card you're talking about here?)

You haven't given a whole lot of information, in fact, you've given none. Contact your bank if you have a payment declined problem, as it would be impossible for anyone else to know what has happened.
