Circuit Classes Starting

Does anyone know if there are any circuit training classes are starting anywhere soon? Beginner classes would suit best I reckon. Cheers

Waterford crystal sports centre have them on wednesdays nites at 8pm @€;6 per class
and have ladies only on Mondays @8pm

there is normally one in the de le salle centre up by grace dieu for €5, monday and wednesday from 6:30 to 7:30
