Got a letter from the local CC today. My father built a road back in 2003, but the road was not surfaced dressed as per the planning approval. So they issued a letter, but there is no way the cost of such works could be covered today. Where do I stand.

Cheers for the replies. I was looking at the planning on there GIS system. But it looks if they have the road down as the first application which was send in. This was changed afterwards to a shorter road. Funny thing I got a call about this road a few weeks ago.
