Fit a lighting coil, reg/rectifier. Wiring loom for head/taillights and indicators.
Brakelight switches front and rear. easy enough to do.
    Dipping headlight/taillight and brake light
You may need to get a certificate from the maker that shows the date of production or build date/birth cert.
Since the start of the year there is also a requirement to have EC type approval for the class of vehicle, not sure how this works for an offroad only machine.
Usually the rims have date stamps on them and sometimes the VIN shows it as well.
Take the bike to the revenue commissioners and tell them that you want to register it for the road pay them and you should have a registration document.
    Pay the tax.

But this is Ireland so probably you will find an unclimbable mountain of bureaucracy along the way and find it almost impossible.
Probably easier to buy a daylight registered MX bike from the UK with V5 andreregister it here.

OP didn't say what they wanted the bike for, maybe they just want to ride it to and from the track?
Personally I don't like 4T MX bikes they don't offer anything that a good 2T can't give at less weight and a lighter feel.
Fast they may be, but when they have twice the displacement its not a fair contest.
