Does anyone know what a notarised copy of a birth cert is? Do I have to go to a solicitors to get it and how long will it take to get?

    Thanks in advance!

It's a certified copy, get the gardai to stamp it for you.

I don't see what a solicitors seal or a garda stamp adds to the official document. They probably just meant the long form oriignal birth cert. There's some place in Dublin that gives them.

No, it's pasteurised, you have to soak it in milk.
