hey everyone, i regularly visit jumbletown.ie and a few weeks back there was a thread by a user offering various items of clothes. i asked for one, and was delighted when the 'giver' responded saying it was mine and to send an sae.

so fine, i sent an sae with stamps, worth over €4 and it is now about 2 months later and still no sign of it. this person hasnt logged on since 4th March which was 2 days after the thread was started.have tried contacting but no response, so this was obviously a bogus offering by some really lousy person.

anyway this is the address i sent the sae to, and dont know if it real or not:
    19 appian close,
    ardkeen village,
    waterford

I would never take anything (or offer anything) on jumbletown unless it can be collected in person - i doubt very much if it was ever intended that items on this site would be mailed to people (although I'm sure someone will contradict me and say they have never had a problem)

Should you not take this to the admins on jumbletown?
