Dark or medium roast vacumn pack filter coffee 2 x 250 grams for €2.25 or 1 x 250 grams for €1.50. The dark roast is scrummy.

I use it in a cafetiere instead of through a filter

    Not on their website

Used to come back from Belfast weighed down with LOADS of these for 99p - €2.25 for two is a steal :D

It's pretty good for ready ground, I use their espresso in work.

Yes it probably is the cheapest filter coffee around; next cheapest is Lidl's own brand at €3.29 for 500g, that's €1.04 more. There's a really cheap Value Filter Coffee in Tesco but it's awful ..... :(

P.S. Cheapest place I've found for No.4 coffee filter bags is Superquinn, they do 100 for 99c, in their Essentials range. Most coffee machines take No.4 size filter bags.

Thanks for the tip on the bags - I didn't know this. We've always got bags abroad, but this price is just as good.
As far as I know there are three types of coffee on sale in IKEA - Medium Roast, Dark Roast, and Espresso. I don't know if the Espresso is in the 2 for €2.25 offer though.

Yes they have coffee beans, I got them a while back, I think they were €1.79 for 100g but can't be 100% certain. The coffee was nothing to write home about, you get what you pay for I guess!

    €17.90 per kilo......

Lavazza is only €14.xx in Tesco for a kilo bag, and is quite good.
And Tesco own label beans work out even cheaper than the Lavazza per kilo, but they are sold in 250g bags.
