Any way of getting cheaper parking at Shannon Airport?

hi all,

will be leaving the car in Shannon airport for a week - is there any way of getting a cheaper rate than the official Shannon Airport fee?

What about any of the hotels nearby, would any of them do you a deal if you weren't staying there?

Its daylight robbery (9.50 a day)!

when you stay 7days u pay only for 5.
u can still park in the town and walk to airport or come with bus.

There is no bus service anymore between Galway & Shannon airport after 9pm at night so that wasn't an option unfortunately.

We paid 57 euro for just over 7 days.

on there website they say they have a weekly rate of 47.50

We were over the 7 days by about 4 hours, so got charged more than the weekly rate.

Im heading off on the 16th Aug and because my flight comes in after midnight im sure I'll end up paying the €57 for parking, is there no where cheaper to park I've googled it and cant find anything!
