Yeah I know, nothing is worse than a leaking nose and itchy eyes. Whats worse was none of the tablets ever worked for me either.

Mine varies. I find that taking clarytin long before the pollon season begins gets your system used to it and you wont have it for the whole summer.

I have not paid heed to my own advice this year and had some very minor itching but possbily will increase in mid july

I'm sneezing away and all sniffy the last while but its not a cold. Could that be hay fever? I don't have a clue

I normally take Piriton. They work fairly well but I'm always forgetting them if I go anywhere.

I sneeze alot, especially when I wake up the last few weeks. Never had problems before. I hoovered out my room and bed, and put on the dustmite covers and I still sneeze :(

It is fecking annoying, haven't had it in years, but the last couple of days has been :( was hoping not to have to take anything but think I will have to.

    Clear.
I've sinus problems too, which have some of the same symptoms as hay fever so I might not realize if I do have hay fever!
Ah I'll get it all sorted eventually no doubt.

Yeah, I don't really like taking tablets for it, but sometimes it just gets too bad.

You probably have em turned off, go into your User CP and turn em on. I have sigs turned off.

Go to your user cp and then click on edit options on the left, you should see an option to view sigs, make sure it is ticked, at least I think so :)

same for me...based on that link someone posted it seems like its allergies. I've never had a problem with them before though, is it usual to obtain an allergy out of the blue?or would it be that I always had a mild version of it and never noticed.

I never had a problem until about 3 year back and now I get awful hay fever. I think it can just develop.

Sniff some snuff sinus-sufferers. It serves to stave-off sneezing.

Neilmed sinus rinse - you can get it in the chemist, no prescriptions or anything, it works a treat, i hardly ever have to take anti-histamines anymore. Plus it's drug free so no drowsyness or anything.

I'm not giving out medical advice here but if you are suffering now then just buy a generic 30 pack of cetirzine in the pharmacy. Take one tablet a day to keep hay fever symptoms at bay.

You can take the tablet over the entire hay fever season without any side effects.

If your hay fever is more severe then move onto Flixonase nasal spray. Two sprays once daily.

If this doesn't do it then it's best get your GP to give you a steroid injection which will sort you out for the season.

Neil med is only a saline solution used to treat congestion (i.e. blocked nose)

Snorting salt water up your nose will do nothing for runny nose or eyes.

Suffer all the time with it and take the usual Piriton or at the moment , Vick's nasal spray which helps a bit but I have the sneezes most of my life now and if I didn't sneeze at all I would think there was something wrong with me .
