Should Ireland adopt a civil law system as opposed to it's common law system ?

    The current law system is broken and there are too many loopholes for criminals to get away with crimes or for justice to be administered improperly.

    Honestly not the place to discuss it dude.

    Personally I'd like to see Civil law come in but still have some what of a common law edge too it.The French legal system is actually very good with the courts involved at all times,incharge of the police as well as judges being trained rather than appointed.

    Civil Law is preferable to Common Law, but both systems are outdated and were heavily influenced by the interests of ruling classes in previous centuries.
