Not a big golf gambler but stuck a tenner on Casey at 30's.

Worst form of his life, can't make the cut so its obvious to me that he wins this by a dozen or so shots at least.

best lay in Byron Nelson Dustin Johnson not playing too well at the moment also Chad Campbell Ryan Palmer both of whom missed the cut here for the last 3 years.Bmw throws up a good share of outsiders and is probably best left alone or maybe a few bob on a short hitter like Soren Kjeldson who has some form around here and is in good form at the moment might pay dividends.I prefer laying to backing but i put a few quid ew on him at a huge price on betfair hoping to lay him if he starts well to guarantee a profit.

Paddypower took their time responding, but I've changed from Garcia to Day @ 16/1. Heard Garcia is unwell and missed the pro-am yesterday. Watch him win now.

..traded clarke at@20's/lowry @ 50.. layed donald yesterday @2.66 as he was far to short with 3 rounds to play i felt..was going to green up earlier on him,but im going to leave it run for now and hope the pack comes alive 2mora and the market will go crazy..famous last words!!

america has been a disaster this week so far..anything ive touched has gone against me...but i have had a good year to date trading america so i cant complain..garcia gone into 2.7 as i type..lay/lay/lay:D

25mph to 30mph winds in america today so expect high scores so -8 could still be leading today

Cash is secured on Chad and Dustin Palmer will hurt if he wins ,so gotta hope he chokes,or one of the others turn it on.

There must be money to be made laying golfers odds on in the final day.

Nearly every week someone goes 1/2 and loses sometimes even shorter.

I agree that Japanese fellas odds were very short at one point

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 628 ✭✭✭albert kidd

westwood/palmer both finding the water in each of their playoffs left me down for roughly 2k.came away under a hundred euro the better after 4 days of trading them..have had better weekends on the golf!

    No :pac: :P

He did miss the pro am though. I'm liking Sergio's form going into the US Open. Hopefully the thumb isn't too much of an issue for him.

sergio has not qualifed for the u.s open he needs to win this week or next he pulled out of qualifying with thunb problem have a check if you dont trust me even on the golf coverage they said he is in trouble of not carrying on his 57 majors in row record because he aint in u.s open

i dont think he'll win again..he's showing signs the last few months of his game somewhat returning in glimpses granted, but hes got into some decent positions only to blow it..mentally i think hes finished sadly..hope he proves me wrong as he's a likeable fella.

Not saying he'll win nessicerly. But a top 10 in the other majors might be worth looking at.

I'll continue to back him anyway, being a fan of his aside, he's played some good golf over the last couple of months.

good luck in backing him,i said to a friend last week i thought he would win soon.but as soon as he hit 2.7ish the weekend i was all over laying him..his collapse the weekend has made me backtrack in thinking he will actually win again.

agree he could be good to back outside the win markets.

he was 1.5 for a top 5 finish before he teed off sunday!!
