This gun belongs to a friend of mine.
Was thinking of taking it myself but don't have any real use for it.

Straight pull R-15 for sale in .223 rem w/5 shot mag.
Gun has done no work, only fired about 30 shots.
Great condition, nearly new.
Reason for sale, looking to get deer gun.
Does not include sling,bipod or scope.

Had he any issues licensing it. A friend of mine couldnt get a license for one of these. He was told that " It broke every rule in the book "

No he didn't, I think unfortunately it comes down to how narrow minded your said super is or isn't. It operates just like a bolt action .223. Its just the whole stigma surrounding pistol grip m16/m4 type guns, which is of course a whole croc of sh*t. Some supers think big no-no, and others are just simply concered with the firepower potential. Again bolt action is bolt action.
Licensing of said guns seems nearly to come down to luck, this is not how the system should work.

Also how did you go about converting it to straight-pull?? Could someone license as straight pull and down the line convert it back to semi-auto with a new license?
