Problem with a peugeot 206

A quick question folks, the missus has a peugeot 206 06 model.Yesterday emergency stop light started flashing and the (i) sign on the dash, checked her brake fluid it was completley empty and was not like this last week when I had a look after she had left it into the garage to get a front loader replaced.Seems to be a fault with the EBFD but I am hoping not.
Car seemed nippier after that and brakes tighter, now you cannot hardly stop the car on full force.
Its being dropped into the garage tomorrow and the fella told me it might be a leak from brake fluid which may need cylinders replacing and new brake pads as the leak could have corroded it,this was his opinion without checking it but he is unsure, what sort of figure am I looking at as he said anything from 150-200 would this be right.
Any info much appreciated and has anyone experienced this before in a peugeot 206.
    Thanks

Maybe they hooked the hydraulics for the front loader into the brake loop. A 206 is hardly an effective agricultural vehicle tho??;)
Sorry, had to throw that in... seriously consider having someone come to look at that rather than taking it somewhere, sounds like you could lose all braking power at any stage

With that sort of leak i'd say there should be a pool of brake fluid on your driveway...
