Just wondering if anyone knows of a good pair of runners for jogging that don't cost a bomb... brand is completely irrelevant, they just need to be comfy and good for running and going to the gym, maybe the odd bit of football in the park too.

New Balance are excellent shoes. They can often be bought at a discount from TKMaxx.
