Commercial Tax

I have just bought a commercial jeep and want to tax it as a commercial, it will be used for work purposes.

What do I need to bring in to the tax office when taxing it? Do I need a full copy of my insurance cert or is it just the policy number?

With the rules now being enforced in relation to commercial tax, have they started asking for Vat numbers or anything as proof that you own a business?

I know I also need the doe cert which was completed on friday and I have that in hand.

Just dont want to queue up in tax office half the day only to be sent away because I am missing some document or another.

    Thanks in advance,

    Sheena.
