    Hi all,
I'm looking for any places that will print out A4 photos. Preferably based in Dublin or North Kildare. The reason being is I'm a member of a camera club that has competitions every so often, and I don't enter as I can't really print A4 photos. The Epson (PW700W) printer that I have will only really accept Epson paper which I have so far been unable to source. The "normal" photo paper gets jammed in the printer, and thus is bloody annoying.

Thus, as I'll only be using it the odd time, I thought I'd look for places that will print my photos for me into A4. Now, for anyone who says that "getting them printed by a pro will not magically make them better" I assure you they'll look a lot better than if I print them on a sheet of A4 document paper :P

For what it's worth, I'll be using a Canon 450D, and the shots will be of nature, old buildings, gigs, the moon and random stuff that I see.

I had a look through the forum, but have only got places that do "lots" of photos, whereas I only want a "few" photos (probably about 4 or 5) irregularly.

    Thanks for any help :D

yeah, +1 for steve ( boards user stcstc ) - i often print to order which may be 1 - 3 prints normally in 8x12 or 8x10 perhaps. He'll print to whatever size you wish afaik.

Next dumb question from me would be: what is the technical term for photo paper? I see "pearl" being €4.75 (12*8), so would pearl be your typical A4 photopaper sheet?

+1 for Steve from me as well. He will also mount the prints for you, which will normally be required for camera club competitions.

You will actually find it's cheaper to have them printed than doing them at home, unless you severely cut corners on quality. As well as Steve there are some other places that will do prints at A4 size. I have also used Gunns on Wexford St and the Fuji Centre on Dame St with good results.
