bearing is going in the rear of 05 s40 with approx 73 or 74 thousand km done. is it normal for them to go at this stage, would have expexted them to last a bit longer?

have to buy the whole hub, got a quote from main dealer for approx €200 +vat, rang a motor factors and got quoted €115 +vat. almost half the price so i guess ill go with the motor factors. is there anywhere i might get a better price?
