GolfMotion - Customer Service

A friend recently had a minor problem with his golf buggy that turned into a pretty major issue with a golf retailer.

I offered to write on his behalf to the manufacturer, a company called GolfMotion.

In over 30 years of writing to companies I have never experienced customer service that was so genuinely interested & concerned about the reputation of their product and the after-sales service that was been offered to their customers.

I've no connection whatsoever to GolfMotion but I'd be the very first to post here if their customer service was sub standard so I suppose it works both ways.

    Bravo Golfmotion :D

+1. Got the same great service. Got work done on trolley before. All done in less than 24 hours. When I got it back, I noticed they had done extra work on it and but did not charge me for it, obviously a lot of pride in their work. Very genuine guys.

I can second that. A friend of mine bought one recently which had a faulty connection. After a month or so he was fed up of not knowing whether it'd work or not day by day so he called them up. They replaced it within a week by sending a courier to his door to pick up the broken one and gave him a brand new upgraded model. Super after sales service.

I cant fault the customer service.
Had an issue with battery not charging, Bob came out twice to have a look and eventually just gave me a brand new one! No problems since then. Great service

My friend already had a new buggy... His issue was a simple one that the retailer basically handled very poorly... then GolfMotion came to the rescue...

I just figured that they deserved a mention.

Anybody here used the golf motion push trolley? If so, any good?

Excellent Customer service - had a problem with a wheel coming off - they replaced both wheels, the axle and put a new handle on it.

It's an excellent trolley and I'd highly recommend it.
