exam writing speed

    just wondering what the average amount of words is expected from a student writing in a third level exam. i was trying to work it out from past exam papers from different subjects and it would appear to be around 800 words per hour. would this be right?

    No it's 13.33 words per minute :pac:

    It depends on the subject and what kind of answers you are supposed to give. 800 words is only about 3 refill pages, it's not exactly much to write in one hour.

    what would you consider much?
    800 words would be about 5 and half refil pages in my writing
