    hey not sure if this is the place

    but does anybody know of a good website that any band member can log into and basically state what days they are not available to gig in advance ???

    Get everyone using gmail and then setup a shared google calendar.

    Free and pretty easy.

    Agree with the above. Also if everyone gets a calendar for the year and sticks it on an A4 sheet, it folds up fairly easily into your wallet, makes it easier than going checking your email for every date, just write it on the calendar and carry it with ya.

    If you all have relatively modern smart phones, google calendar can be synced automatically to them too. So if one person puts in a date everyone sees it on their phones calendar.
