i was just going to start calling people out of the golden pages, but thought here might be a good place to start, being as you guys usually know the best way to go about these kinds of things.

okay, so we've a baby on the way and my computer room is being relegated to the spare bedroom at the back of the house and as the current room is a godawful mess with very little in the way of storage, we've decided that i'll be needing someone in to put in some desks, storage space & shelves so i can move in.

i do already know of a good electrician who i plan on using to make sure i have enough in the way of plug sockets etc, but i'm definitely going to need a decent carpenter who can get the rest sorted and possibly one of those stira type attic entrances along the lines of the ones you get in woodies so we can use the attic for storage too.

suggestions in a PM please as per the charter if that's okay.
