There are some more unique pieces at the Cow's lane market in Temple Bar on Saturdays - sometimes Irish-made or more one-off items? - or sometimes the craft council shop on the same street has some lovely bits?

also for some more interesting hand-made jewellery you could try etsy.com - there are a few Dublin-based shops on this site...worth a shot

Try Rhinestone, it's on Suffolk st I think...go past avoca, towards the post office and it's just before the corner. They have a bridal section, their collections are beautiful! I've gotten some gorgeous pieces from there in the past.
