    this thread may already exist but i'm far too lazy to look. obama couldnt give a **** about ireland, he's here for purely selfish reasons ie to capture the irish vote. should we be entertaining this guy? discuss please.......

    If he was doing it for the Irish vote, he'd be here for more than 24 hours on a stop over before going to England.

    He'd make an official state visit like Queenie then fly right back to New York.

    I dont think he needs to. I'll hazard that Irish American are democratic voters for the most part. If he wanted to win votes he should get up on a horse on a ranch or fly a fighter jet around.

    Its unlikely the lads below in Moneygall can vote for him in the next US election. So who cares if he is here to get the "irish" vote in America.

    He, IMO, has already won the next election after killing Bin Laden. This trip is just the icing on the cake.
