I haven't even looked yet and already I don't know what to say. . . . MORE DETAILS!!!

What will you be using it for, what is your budget, do you have any preferences in design, etc etc

I've being looking around myself (Komplett, Amazon, few others) and that's the best deal for that spec I can find. Very tempted to pull the trigger.....

Only question is the touchpad and the screen, will they be to your liking? I think I'll see if Currys or the like have this model and see what it's like.

Graphics: Dedicated (NVIDIA® GeForce® GT 540M with 1GB DDR Dedicated Memory. This is a good card.

    Hey,

shanefitz360 sorry about the lack of detail

looking for something around the 600 euro mark with a 2nd gen I5 and at least 4 gigs of ram, not really that picky about design

Hal Emmerich, had a look at a similar one in currys alright wasn't bad, also found this one today

The only reason to go for the Lenovo is if your after a better "brand". They're near same price.

It has 2GB RAM more and bit bigger Harddrive but you lose the good graphics, granted the 6370M isin't bad (and USB3).

I can't think of a reason why this would be better since most programs that would need alot of RAM (CAD, Video Editing) would depend on the GPU more and it's alot easier to upgrade RAM than the GPU (if at all for the GPU)

    Hey,

Yeah i can't see much difference between the two, as you said the

lenovo: bigger hard drive, more ram, bluetooth, better battery life, but worse graphics gard and no usb 3

Acer: from that link you gave above seems the graphics card is alot better in this one, doesn't have bluetooth (which really surprised me), usb 3 and overall looks a hell of alot better than the lenovo

You can add bluetooth if you really wanted it.
