46a From O'Connell Street or 46a / 145 from D'Olier Street (across O'Connell Bridge).

Try the 10. Think it runs from Drumcondra to UCD passing RTE.

The 10 is gone now, merged with the 46a.

if it's not to late to post, the 39A from college green also goes out that way towards U.C.D., just as frequent as the 46A.
