    Well? At home, you get what you want, cooked the way you like. Out, you get it handed to you while you read the paper.

    What do you go for? Feel free to discuss individual inredients too, save cluttering elsewhere.

    Porridge is lovely at home, but I could never eat it outide the house, where I imagine it to be big communal pot of slop.

    While the ingredients are open for discussion, this is really about the convenience and laziness v the quality of making it at home. Plus any comments about yore ma making a good one, getting it on the way home from some youngwan's gaff and other such AH additions to the theme.
