Can't register with ebay?

I created a account with them. But they didnt send me a confirmation code. My email address & all information was correct. I clicked on resend email & still got nothing. Checked junk folders & nothing there either. They did however send me an "ebay User ID reminder" email. Which was in my normal inbox. How come they…
