Yes, mine is fine. If you have your TV / receiver set to UK (usually channels will appear in 800s) then your time may be an hour off.

If there is a DST (summer time) setting in the menu set it to on or similar, depending on the model of TV.

My Tv's both sony have no problem with the time,it's correct and thats with uk freeview and saorview on the same epg and the tv set to UK.

The same is the case with the sagemcom freeviewhd pvr.

Is this a problem for people with saorview only? or model specific?

I have a Walker and have the same problem. I've changed all the settings, but if the tv is unplugged it resets and the problem appears again. Also have a Sam and have no issues with that.

What tv have you got? I have a philips tv and the Saorview guide is one hour off since the time went forward an hour.I believe this is a problem on all philips
    tv,s including the current ones.

    I have a Sony W5500.

The time at the top of the guide is correct, but there is a line below that which gives the next programme and thats the line thats out.

I have checked all the settings on the TV and can't get it fixed.

My Sony (different model) has a Time Zone and Auto DST setting. Have you similar? Time Zone - GMT, Auto DST - ON.

Are you also receiving freeview from NI?

I'll check out the settings again when I get home. Thing is, there is a time on the Guide display and thats correct, its the bit that tells you the time of the next programme thats wrong. It might be starting at 8pm, but the display says it starts at 7pm. Confusing.

And no its definitely Saorview I am receiving. I am too far from the border to get Freeview from the North.

I think I had a similar problem previously and the settings I mentioned above sorted the problem.

Have you tried a full reset of the TV?

Seem to have got it sorted now.

Had to change the Auto DST to off.

What have you set the Time Zone to GMT or GMT+1? Switching Auto DST to off might cause a problem again at the end of Oct next.

My setting is "Time Zone - GMT, Auto DST - ON", which allows the time to auto change in Mar and Oct. Haven't had any problems with this setting since.

No its set to GMT ok.

But its working now, so that'll do me for now. Will cross the other bridge when it arrives.

    Thanks

I have the same problem with a Philips 40pfl9705. I spent about an hour messing with all the settings on time zone etc but if the Saorview time is right then the clock time is wrong etc. Very annoying. I have a samsung 40 inch and no problems with that on Saorview.
