Yet another 'how to accessorise' thread :(

I've a relatively dressy party next weekend and was planning on wearing this dress. However, I'm really hopeless when it comes to accessorising it. :(

Ideally I'd like to wear some sort of cardi over it (i.e. one that I won't have to worry about having to keep in place all the time). I've tried a 'normal' length cardi with it and it looked awful (style wise). I also tried it with cream and black bolero style cardis and it didn't look great either (but better than the longer style).

I'm thinking of wearing it with shoes similar to these.

I'd greatly appreciate any advice. I'm really hopeless at this type of thing.

    Hi OP! Fab dress! :D

Personally, I'd pair it with a pair of nude platform heels and a nice subtle gold clutch like http://www.monsoon.co.uk/evening-bags/poppy-bag/invt/74208753/. These earrings would also be really cute with it!

As for a cardigan - have you considered sticking it up really well with some Hollywood tape and wearing a pashmina? :)

Wow Kerash perfect bag for that dress and excellent choice for the shoes!Beautiful dress, statement(but not over the top colour shoes), complimentary bag and fab dress. A simple "nude" coloured wrap...and perfect! That dress doesnt need much at all...wear it simply and well, no bling at all ;)

    Thanks for all the replies.

That bag looks great, kerash, but I think I'll have to wait another little while until I can afford to buy it. :(

Hadn't thought about nude as a colour for shoes/pashmina... Must take a look in the shops for suitable pashmina.
