What Gearbox oil??

Just going to be changing the gear oil in me nissan primastar van ( same van as a renault trafic and opel vivaro ) as ive heard they suffer from gearbox trouble would like to give it an oil change, just wondering what spec to put in?Thamks for ant info

Just thought I'd stick this in here as I'm going to change my gearbox oil over the next few weeks.

What oil and amount of it is required for a mk4 Golf 1.4 ?
