Multi Satellite Setup

Ok I have a 1.2 meter dish with 3 LNB's (not set on the satellites yet and in the garden), and another Sky dish on 28 (On the wall)

    I understand I need this
    http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=200601338309&fromMakeTrack=true&ssPageName=VIP:watchlink:top:en

To combine all the signals to one cable however

I wish to put a dual lnb on the Sky dish and use 2 boxes one down and one up. The boxes can control the switch but how do I split the single feed coming into the room so I can use 2 boxes at once?

Will a normal splitter do the job of reversing it back to 2 cables?

A splitter will not work because the boxes send different switching signals/voltages to the LNBFs. You will need to run separate cables from each box.

You could use a stacker/destacker to work 2 boxes off the one cable, but they're expensive and can be temperamental - used as a last resort only.
