No doubt this thread will get locked.
However, one point.
I assume you have at least one axe to grind and no doubt you work in Ireland.
Employers are relative angels here and dont ever forget it.

There are almost always two sides to every story.

I am in Ireland at the moment. I don't have an axe to grind with any employer. I temp and have seen some companies that treat their employees well and others that don't. There is a name and shame for recruitment agencies. If this thread is not suitable the moderator can delete it.
