The best thing to do is review your copy of your loan approval. There should be a section that outlines your special conditions. This would show the rate. If you were ever offered a rate change during your mortgage term you need to make sure that you were placed on the one you selected. You would only really ever get a rate change if you were on a special introductory rate for the first year or so or if you came off a fixed rate at any stage.

If you don't have copies of these then all you need to do is phone your Mortgage provider and they can supply you with copies.
