I need some help, I've just started with a new company and they have a raidtec storage array. The share presented by it is full and I can't figure out how to connect to it to archive off old data. I can't find a download for raidman which is apparently the admin software for it. Have any of you work with one of these or…

There is a serial cable coming out of it but when I plugged in a laptop I didn't get a workable connection through hyper terminal.

Haven't heard of it but you could try contact Plasmon who seems to have purchased Raidtech to see if they have the software available. http://www.plasmontech.com/contact/index.html
