I'm looking to get a displayport adaptor so I can use 3 monitors in eyefinity. I have a spare hdmi port on the monitor. Would anyone know which cable I should get?

Get one of the new "eyefinity" ones (normally see them by HIS or sapphire (€20-30ish)) rather than the old active ones that were very expensive.

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/Sapphire-44000-02-40R-Active-Display-Cable/dp/B00433C5Y4
£16.99 + Irish VAT + delivery (free above £25) - pick amazon.co.uk as your seller.

That's assuming you don't need mini display port.

To go to HDMI from that, I'm pretty sure any DVI->HDMI adapter will do, unless you need sound.
    http://www.amazon.co.uk/1m-HDMI-DVI-Cable-Premium/dp/B001NXOGQW/

There's other ones of various lengths, just make sure you get the corect gender.

I just found these and was wondering would these work as would be easier to order from here as can collect the items? If not will get the ones from amazon.

I don't think so. Not for eyefinity.

I didn't see a suitable one when I searched first but it is available on elara, as you said. Three weeks wait time though.
