The City Bar?

Found an old box of reciepts and decided to go thru them to see if I could find anything worth remembering in them before throwing them out.

One reciept had "The City Bar" dated 6/7/1999. I've no idea where this place is.

I've tried googling it but the name is so general that it doesn't match to anything. Was there ever a pub in Dublin (as I'd most likely have been there at that time) with this name?

Was it the bar that was upstairs from the funnel nightclub on City quay in Dublin?

That's what I immediately thought of anyway
